Mario Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola says that his client has not agreed a contract with Manchester City ahead of a possible transfer from Inter Milan. Reports in the Italian media claim that the 19-year-old Balotelli has agreed a five-year deal with the Premier League outfit, with City set to pay the European and Italian champions 35 million ($45 million).
